You can book by scheduling a free consultation through our website. After that conversation, we’ll guide you through selecting a therapist and scheduling your first session based on availability and fit.

We offer both in-person therapy at our Mesa, Arizona location and virtual sessions. During your consultation, you can choose the format that works best for your schedule and comfort.

We accept standard forms of payment including credit, debit, HSA, cash, and check. Payment details and session fees are clearly discussed before your first appointment so there are no surprises.

Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled without a fee if done so 24 hours before the session. Otherwise, there will be a late-cancellation fee.

Availability varies by therapist. A couple of our therapists currently have openings, so it is possible to get in within a week. After your free consultation, we’ll let you know current openings and help schedule your first session as soon as possible.

Yes. Group sessions are around $45-$65/session depending on length.
Individual sessions cost between $125-$185.

After the consultation, you can decide whether to move forward. If you choose to continue, we will discuss scheduling and send you the intake forms through our portal.
The intake forms will need to be completed before the intake session.

We have a couple providers who take insurance and they tend to have a wait list.
We also work with Thrizer and can send a superbill to support reimbursement from your insurance.
