Full rate$40/week - for those who have expendable income, who can afford meals out, who don’t worry about their bills being paid

$30/week -Discounted rate for those who are barely making it from check to check.

$20/week - This is for those who need the most support: low income, single parents, have too many medical bills.

Generous rate $60 - This helps us offer a lower rate to anyone who needs it.

“Bloom into You”

Ages 14-17 (18 yr olds in high school).

Together, we’ll foster self-acceptance, manage emotions, build grounding techniques, improve communication skills, and recognize and reframe negative self-talk. We’ll utilize experiential techniques such as role-playing, mindfulness activities, and creative expression to deepen understanding and personal growth. There’s so much more to discover during our time together!

Times: Thursdays 4pm-5pm
